Registration Requirements
Please prepare the following information before completing the registration form:
- Team Name and Nationality
- Selected Age Category and Gender
- Head Coach Full Name and Contact
- Complete numbered player roster (minimum varies by category: 6 for U7, 7 for U9, 8 for U11, and 11 for U13+; maximum 16 players)
- Team jersey colors (Primary and Secondary)
Player passport photos and birth certificates will be collected during the official Player Verification Day (April 2, 2026). Teams should NOT submit these documents with the registration form. After completing registration, you will receive detailed instructions via email regarding the verification process.
